Dr mughe 7_8 Saal se constipation ka masla hai .ma 1 lexaberon tablet leta rha daily ..now I am not taking lexaberon tablet from last six months..but constipation thek nhi ho rha ..I don't have hard and I don't have diehorea problem ..no abdominal pain ..gass banti hai... pressure nhi banta hai and uncomplete evacuation ..aslo taking more fiber supplement + fruits..I have fear of taking medicine (lexative) because they have side effects on brain ..ab tang ea chuka hun constipation se ..

agar masla itnay arsay say ha to inshAllah pareshani ki baat nahi.
1. apnay kbhi kisi ko dikhaya ha?
2. koi test huay.
3. diet ko adjust kia. ( vegetables, fruit, makki ki Roti)
4. tablet kis waja say chori agar vo help krehi thi.
baz logun ki intestine slow hoti ha islye lmbay arsay tk medicine istemal ki jqskti ha. no issue. aap abhi chotay hain inshAllah wakt k sath thek hujaiga.

Dr mane kisi Dr ko nhi dekhya abhi tk
mane koi test nhi krwaya abhi tk
ma e continuously 7 years medicine li ha .
now I don't want to take medicine because my brother is psychiatrist in America he said
not to take medicine because it will effect mental health that's why I stopped taking this.he also adjusted my diet .such ha not taking rice drinking more water, taking more fiber diet+ running daily
