Hi..DoC my self amir I\'m facing Constipation (قبض) issue  from 15 days.. I\'m facing very heavy pain after using bathroom in my ass whole.. Kindly guide me how to solve that issue I\'m  afraid that if I got piles then what will be happened.. ?
