Talk to Gastroenterologist on Clostridium Difficile

Aoa Respected gastroenterologist! My sister done endoscopy and colonoscopy for stomach issue , endoscopy came normal no any ulcer but biopsy showed h pylori she did 6 weeks of antibiotics course, thn cured, but after that she suffering from diarrhoea abdominal pain doctor thinks maybe it’s c diff , because she took too many antibiotics, Soo now she is again going for colonoscopy for checking c diff because here in lahore only one test For c diff , C diff toxin stool test, And dr say it has possiblity it comes false sometimes , only colonoscopy or ct scan can confirm This disease , dr is h pylori really cause c diff ? she won’t do colonoscopy again any other test which never come false ?
