Assalaam u alaykum.im a male age 40.height 171 cms around 5 feet 8.weight 74 kgs.body looks normal not skinny not fat.belly button area (waist) around 35.now the belly button area has become fatty that's called as toand in Punjabi.do I need to be worried.is my BMI normal.shall I lose weight
