It is called per rectal bleeding. There are a lot of causes that may cause per rectal bleeding. if it is pain free then u need 2 things to do in first step. Get your CBC and PT/APTT tests done. Consult a physician near your are to do your per rectal examination. Shayad koi bawaseer jesi shikayat ho. Baharhal, tests and examination, ye lazmi hy. Get well soon :)
