Dear Doctors Team .My Hepatitis B is postive in Blood .i have done my tests surface antigen b e is negative PCr qualtitve is Negative only the issue is ALT that is 92.Kindly guide me.how to reduce my ALT .

Dear Haroon It seems that you have chronic Hepatitis B infection with precore mutation. There are certain tests which are required before I can recommend you any treatment. There are alternative causes of raised ALT levels, and they should be sorted out on close evaluation via hisotory and examination.
