Eyelid Twiching

Question

I am encountering this problem for a year, also have witnessed that left eye is smaller as compared to the right eye. It twitches mostly in evening and when there is enough light in the room. Also the eye seems heavy and itchy at times

Please prescribe some treatment for this.

By your description, it seems that you have some allergic element, but the problem which with light i.e photophobia gives an impression that you have some inflammation, so better for you to have a thorough evaluation by an expert.
