There is no any relation between myopia and masturbation. As age is increasing so any change in humans eye ball's shape and size can happen and affects the glasses number.

Thanks for the reply sir. It has been stable for 4, 5 years but now again started progressing. When ever i masturbate the next day i have blurry vision. Doctor thoroughly checked my eyes with slit lamp etc n said everything is alright. I just done seem to understand the connection. Can bates method of eye exercise help in controlling it?

Myopia is a disease of eye refractive state which is more common in childhood and with the passage of time & with regular use of glasses prescribed by optometrist or an eye specialist it may become emmotropic but in case of high myopia it is very difficult to become normal.
as long as ur case is concerned, there is no link between myopia & masturbation.

doctors kehty hain masturbation or myopia ka link nh koi. but I believe there is link in between them which doctors/scientists haven't reached that level yet to say something about why blurry vision occurs after masturbation. but still, masturbation is bad for u in many ways if not myopia. it's just my opinion. gud luck.

there is no relationship between masturbation and myopia.... overdoing it cause loss of some neuro chemicals in the brain and it may result in temporary muscular weakness and as our eyes also rely on muscles that are present inside the eye to focus anything that we see thats why vision may seem blurry sometimes after doing it.... but all there effects are temporary and as neurochemicals rebuild in our brain, these effects go away... so overdoing masturbation and result in persistence of symptoms of weakness and lethargy and blurred vision.
