Talk to ENT on Strep Throat (bacterial) White Bump On Tonsil

I have a swollen throat for 3 - 4 days and a GP had advised me an anti-allergy, antacid and Serratiopeptidase (Danzen DS) tablet. I noticed severe redness and a white bump (pimple sort of) on my right tonsil inside the throat today, its causing a lot of pain and the pain is radiating outside on the neck, jaw and ear. Please see the picture below in comment area, am I taking the right medicines or do I need any antibiotics for it?

Also, could that be due to an STD? I've had an experience of kissing only with a new partner a couple of days ago and I don't know her medical history but she seems to be fit and it was only her saliva no other fluids.
