I have had a sore throat for 2 days and it is causing me a hard cough with pain, I can't pronounce words correctly. Phlegm is an extreme green fluid that is blocking the nose from breathing. Kindly suggest me medicine to take and other precautions as asking real doctors is better than self remedies or medical store suggestions
