Talk to ENT on Choking Multiple Times

I had a sore throat few days back and taking antibiotics now but the problem that is occurring from last two days is when i feel irritation in throat i vomit and during vomiting i feel almost choked and i hardly breathed , it was a horrible experience happened almost 2-3 times... whats the reason of choking i am afraid to eat anything even drinking water is a task now , because once while starting eating i got choked and had to leave the food couldnt eat i feel something is getting stucked in throat i couldnt ignore it , its becoming horrible
