there are trials of some anti viral drugs like Cidofovir and also interferons but permanent cure is not available at the moment may be in near future . at the moment
repeated microlaryngoscopyy and exision is the treatment

Well, it is curable but u will have to undergo a series of LASER ablation because it recurs again and again and finally goes away, so a lot of patience is required. Be courageous and don't give up. Finally u will win!
