It has been more than 2 weeks since my throat hurts, small white pimples are present at the back of my neck, i did consult several doctors in quetta as well as on this app but the problem still wont go away...

Hx of Nasal Allergy, smoking habits, any reflux problem with or without fever are important to know. If no fever is documented by thermometer start:
#1) Salt water gargles. use Luke warm water.
#2) Take Tab Acetaminophen/Paracetamol 1 gm three or four times per day for atleast 2/3 days.
#3) Take tab Fexofenadine 120mg once per day for 7 days.
#4) Avoid spicy foods, cold and citrus.
Seems like irritative pharyngitis. If fever is documented, then will need anti-biotics. If problem persists even after taking treatment for 3/4 days visit a local physician.

I've not suggested at present to use any antibiotics. Don't think more than 2 weeks use is justified for antibiotics. Discontinue, use Paracetamol, Fexofenadine as have been advised. Start Chlorhexidine Mouth wash 10 mL three times per day, do precautions as suggested and see the response. If with salt water there has been no benefit, leave it too.

take tab Klaracid 500mg twice daily.
continue Panadol 2 tab if fever .otherwise 1 tab three times.
gargles, and take kestine 10mg one at night.
take for initially 5 days , if still you have symptoms then go for blood tests.

When i woke up today i found blood blisters inside my cheeks and throat hurt, it was difficult to swallow water, i hope it is not that serious

Hello and GOOD evening Any blood tests?????Seems to be viral infection, one side of throat is more painful.Tab. Brexin once daily. Tab. Lorin NSA once daily Tab. AZOMAX 500mg once daily 1hour before meal. Enziclor mouth wash Gargles three times a day.

The doctor i visited in Quetta also said that it is an infection, i do feel more pain on the right side of the throat and ear, i have been taking Amclav(1g), Metrozine and gargle with salt for more than two weeks but it has not shown any improvement
