Throat Pain/infection

Question

I\'m having pain in my throat since last 3 days. It looks like something is stuck in my throat due to which I have difficulty in swallowing anything. And from today I\'m also having pain in my left ear. I had panadol plus honey water and ginger tea but all go in vain.

If fever is documented (checked by thermometer) you need to start antibiotics course. If not feverish, use Tab Acetaminophen 1 gm three times per day or twice per day during fasting for 2/3 days alongwith an anti-allergic tab (desloratidine) once per day for 5/6 days. Hopefully this should resolve the issue. Avoid cold/citrus. Increase warm fluids.
