Sore Throat Not Healing From More Than A Month

Aoa I m 42 years old I m having sore thrioat from more than a month no fever no cough soft palate is red n theire is irritation in throat I have took 500 mg azomax for 5 days n syrup aceflyl but it didnt heal then after 2 weeks i took amoxal375 mg 2 times a day for 3 days with gargles but no relief kinldy prescribe some medicine i have acidity prob too

W. Salam. Possible diagnosis acute pharyngitis due to viral infection... Its may be viral and not responding to antibiotics please stop antibiotics. Start Hydrogen peroxide 3 tsf in half glass of water thrice a day for gargles. Listerine mouth wash 3 tsf twice a day for gargles without mixing water with it for two weeks. Avoid spicy foods Please take meal 3 hours before going to sleep in night. Avoid Pepsi cocke tea coffee and chocolate use for two months
