Something In The Back Of Throat All The Time

Question

I am constantly getting something in the back of my throat almost all the time 24/hour 12/months.
Substance properties: [whitesh, and transparent, thick , viscous] started back in 2016.
Problem:Constantly clearing  throat it becomes very annoying &amp; bad breath.
Already been through ENT,Gastro, Allergists but their medication result is 0%, non of them even can\'t figure out what the problem is?

one imp test is missing CT scan paranasal sinus plain to assess sinuses.As per history this is is a case of postnasal drip secondary to allergies but need CT scan since the problem is chronic
