My sister has sinus since some years. She has blocked nose. No sneezing, no runny nose, no coughing. She is sweating alot. She has blocked head. Her face is swelling. She is very tired.

The face swelling and tiredness are less likely related to sinus issue.If she has got these issues recently do consult some physician....
