Thank you for your question.conplete history and examination of the patient is very important.as far as the ct report is concerned there is a benign ear polyp which means growth is not a tumour her condition is most likely because of the long standing middle ear infection. She needs to be consultant, examined and treated accordingly as soon as possible As ear infections can lead to multiple complications.
