sorry to hear about ur problem. Can u tell more about it? one nostril or both? early morning headache ? heaviness on the side of face in which u lie down at night ? runny nose ? any blood in nasal secretions ? sneezing ? fever ? did u take any medications before ? irritation or pain in ears ? sore throat or fluid from the nose falling back in ur throat ? It’s important to treat it so kindly answer these questions.

Yes the both nostril are effected. Heaviness yes sometimes but not only while laying but also in routine work. Runny nose soon after any water contact like after performing wudu or after bath or when cold wind hits the nose. Yes sore throat and also fluid falling back in throat. Sneezing not in perticular and no blood. And yes i been taking rigix.

okay. so u have chronic rhinosinusitis. Don’t worry it’s a manageable condition. take steam twice a day and blow out as much as u can. And use rhinoclenil nasal spray twice a day in both nostrils (follow the instructions on pack as its not explain appropriately in msg here). Tan synergy OF( 1+1) for 5 days. Can book appointment for any further querries or problems. stay home and safe. hope it helps.

Aslam-Alykum Doctor rabia. Doctor i have gone through the medication for thr time you prescribed. Its gone better but still my head feels heavy quite a lot of times and the fluid is still there but has reduced. So do i continue with the medication or do something else

Good to hear back from, continue nasal spray for 1 month (as that’s ur main treatment) other tabs are supportive. Take steam and blow out for another few days. If u feel the nose blocked at night then put “norsaline drops -2 drops in each nostril) for relief. Usually this problem takes some long time to cure so plz be patient and continue t/m. hope that helps. stay home stay safe.

You appear to be be suffering from CRS. Ideally get A CT scan paranasal sinuses done. Axial and coronal views. Then get a ent review.
