Talk to Ent Specialist on Nose Block

I am living in dubai and doing job as well. Sonce last week my nose get block at horizontal position and start flowing while standing or siting (vertical). And i sneez more then a 100+ times in a day which cause swear headache. I spend atleast 15 hours in A.C directly or indirectly. Last time it happened in wintera but now even in june july i am facing this problem.. Is this some kind of allergy or something else? Kindly suggest. Because u can't sleep all night due to this.
