Please see a neurologist or physician first. Looks like neurologocal
headache. X ray is not a good midality to see many sinus conditions. Please
get CT brain and PNS
Ap headache ko thora detail mei explain kryn. Exactly kaha dard hota hy, kub shru hota hy, kitni dyr rehta hy, apny notice kia kisi khas cheez ya jaga mei start hota hy? Aur kis cheez sy aram ata hy? Sir dard k sath aur koi symptom jaise eye ? Vomit? Nausea? Koi kamZori kisi hissy mei?

You need to get the CT scan done . Need to examine you to see if headache is related to sinuses or not .

After thorough history and examination assisted by a ct scan of paranasal sinus can we rule out if headache is due to sinusitis.If it is due sinusitis ,we the ENT doctors will manage it,if not than neurologist will manage it.Kindly visit
