Dear I cannot prescribe antibiotic like this. You may have sinusitis you need to attend some ENT Consultant to get proper medication. Antibiotic alone is usually not the solution.

i would recommend that you visit me or any ENT specialist nearby for proper history and examination.
till then start xylometazoline nasal spray 3 puffs each nostril twice a day and take plenty of steam.

Headache would be due to severe cough which might be caused by allergic irritants if it is dry, I mean not productive of yellow or green sputum. If so, avoid irritants like dust or cold air and use bronchodilator n anti-allegy medicines. If cough is productive only then u will have to use antibiotics. Prof Dr Riaz Ch

Asslam o elykum my name Umair 32years old live in Karachi septoplasty SMD hoe hai 1.5 years ho gaya hai yeh problam kafi poranu hai operate k baad bhe Hal nahi hoe galey main RESHA girta hai haluq soj jata hai tandhi chezain wesey nahi kahta aggr kah leta ho tu karash nazla ho jata hai 3 years se medicine le raha ho sub spary antibiotics antiallergic sub kah cuka ho koi faraq nahi para
