Talk to Ent Specialist on ENT Help Required

My father has used Danzen DS 10mg 1+0+1 for 10 days for nasal obstruction and ears blockage. He has a history of this issue as a chronic problem. His nose and ears get blocked from time to time and there is a constant feeling of suffocation in the head area (ears and nose).

Danzen DS 10mg twice daily for 10 days has improved these conditions a lot. Should this medicine be continued further? Can some ENT specialist kindly prescribe any other harmless medication for relieving blockage and suffocation feeling in the head area? Can this also be chronic sinusitis?

note: My father also takes Coversam 8/5mg, Loprin 75mg and Tenormin 50mg daily for managing his blood pressure.
