Talk to Ent Specialist on Ears Ringing Crackling

AoA i am suffering from ear ringing and crackling for 6 months when swallow eating opening jaw crackling sounds coming from ears also ringing sounds in ear very light i had checkup with ent they gave me xnesoine drops and wax aid i used drops in nose for 1 week and wax aid for 2 weeks but still i am facing the problem no ear pain when i try to blow nose and then stops whistling sounds come from nose i recently check by ent they are asking there is problem with your ears kano ka pardo ma problem ha and prescribed me some medicines and drops please help me is it ok to take these medicine in that situation i am on antidepressants sertraline and mirtazapine please any help advise Thankyou JazakAllah

Sir hearing is good ok no pain in ears or blood pus anything coming out from ears
i have read your prescription
it shows ear drum perforation
better to be in touch with your consultant

Yes sir doctor was a?so asking that there is problem with your ear drum should i take these medicines in that situation i am taking advise from you because i am scared from govt hospital doctor prescription is it safe to take with antidepressants
