Talk to Ent Specialist on Ear Problem
Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Johar Town, Lahore
I have constant sound of hissing in my ear, which gets up and down time to time, but remains. I feel itchy in ear, but not too often. I have problems like head spinning, drowning while lying flat eyes closed sometimes, more often when hissing is louder. I also get anxiety attacks (increased heart rate, agitation, faintness and other things).

1 and half month back i went to sea side there sea water goes in my ear and my ear was blocked for 2 to 3 days after wards it open it self then after one week while taking bath again its happen and again it took w days now yesterday when i was laying down on the floor without pillow again it happens that may left ear block plz suggest me what to do.
U need a complete ENT checkup. If ur ENT surgeon need he will get done hearing tests like PTA N TYMPANOMETRY
