Asking for Brother, Male, 20 years old, pakistan
from end of may, my brother is continuously facing click sound in his ear whenever he open or closes his jaw, chew along with it he feels dizziness when he stand up. in the start he had some headache which was due to cervical pain (he has history of cervical pain) according to doctor and after medication it subsided. Now doctor is saying this clicking sound is due to some allergy in his ear he also has history of fungal infection + he has some gastric issues too like acidity, gas.

Thanks for sharing ur concern. From the information it seems ur brother seems to na having an issue if TMJ dysfunction. There are specific jaw exercises for this issue and it thr gets better in 4-6 weeks. Ask him to chew the food in small pieces, take semi solids more than solid diet, avoid sleeping with face down, avoid sitting with hand under the chin and a few exercises need to be done.
