Talk to Ent Specialist on Anxiety, GERD

I feel something stuck in my throat all the time, difficulty swallowing and breathing, panic attacks, unable to swallow tablets or even capsules, dry mouth and throat at night and when wake up feel better untill I eat something. Shoulders and upper back tightened and continuous pain in the middle of upper chest. Don't know whats the problem. Done my blood tests, cbc, liver function test, Full Abdominal Scan and all show normal. taking antacid syrup and esomega capsules 40 mg. but not feeling well at all.
