Talk to Endocrinologist on Thyroid (Current TSH Is 13.7) And Feeding Her 7 Months Old Baby.

Assalam.o.Alaikum, Dr. I want to ask that my Sister is a thyroid patient and before marriage, her TSH test came as 1.93 and now she again gets tested few days back and her current TSH is 13.7 (report attached) and she is also feeding her 7 months old baby. My question is should she continues to feed her baby due to this TSH level? The second thing I want to know is that she is taking thyronorm 75 mg Mon to Thurs 1 tab and Friday to Sunday 2 tablets as per her doctor's prescription, so does she continue the same medicine or she needs to increase the dosage, If she needs to increase the dosage so how much she needs to (because she in on mother feed too)?
