Talk to Endocrinologist on Increase Monocytes Count

asalam o alikum. i need to ask the reason of slight increase in platelets and monocytes. the normal range in reports for monocytes is 10% and mine are 12% plus the pletelets are max 400 and mine are 444. thanks
