Hi there. Diabetes can affect kidneys (called nephropathy) and nerves of the body (diabetic neuropathy). The legs swelling could be either due to diabetic neuropathy or nephropathy but needs thorough examination to rule out other causes. Might need some tests also. Hello there,

3. RFTs
Where do you live?
If travelling not possible you can book online consultation through Marham with an endocrinologist to get proper advice and treatment.
