4 days ago when I wake up in the morning I saw white patchy layer under my eye this type of layer forms for the first time in my life how it happenes I dnt knw I am much worried about it kindly suggest me any treatment?, any dermatologist or eye specialist thnku.
it must be examined under woods light to rule out vitiligo

Picture quality is poor and it's impossible to diagnose what that patch is with these pictures.
It should be a close up but the picture must be absolutely focused and no light reflection.
