Talk to Dermatologist on White Itchy Bumps/blisters On Genital Area/thighs

Assalumalaikum, My sister is 22, she has this very itchy white small dots dots on her genital area and near thigh.. i can attach a picture of thigh. I don't even know what this is. They are extremely itchy and uncomfortable. She had eczema on her back of neck and elbow that is all good now. But we don't know what this is now. Tried to apply lotion, betaderm, sudocream, nothing is helping it is very very itchy. Attaching the picture of thigh, she can't even shave because of this. Please help. Thank you ans sorry for this picture need help.

Seems lichenification of hair follicles Sec to eczema treatment is strong topical steroids to try eumovate /or dermovate to apply 2/3 times per day. Other possibility could be fungal infection given area of rash . Try steroid cream first and see what’s response you may have to use it for few wks

well it can be anything from simple dryness to any other condition. since her skin is sensitive and that area also, please come show as we need to see the whole area and take proper history so she will be fine very soon.

this looks more like fungal complicated with steroid application
As u r not Pakistan based.. I would advise to have a video consultation or see a dermatologist in Yr vicinity
