Talk to Dermatologist on Unidentified Skin Problem

I need to consult skin specialist who can both identify and prescribe cure to my skin problem. My skin became extra sensitive after using a cream (golden pearl). during 5 years of educational period Sun exposure traveling by bus, studying in rough environment, not being able to have meals on time having low BP and blood sugar as a result were the factors involved. After one year of using cream white spots similar to that of Vitiligo/fungus started to appear on my face there was no itching or inflammatory feeling just the color of skin disappeared. I used ticovate ointment on doctors prescription and the white spots on my cheeks disappeared but on my forehead it remained. The shape of white spot on forehead seems to be reducing with yearly time but it is not completely recovering. I am also having problem of irregular menstrual cycle,i.e. I don't get periods and my stomach seems to have gained fats as a result, this problem started at the same time as my skin problem.
