please get checked by a dermatologist near you. the skin seems okay in pictures.

Dear patient, Hope so there Is no issue as seen in pictures. But these spots or patches can be due to eczema ,sun spots or pityriasis versicolor, a fungal infection thats causes patches.
So I will sincerely advice to consult your nearest Dermatologist either Allopatic or Homeopathic physically.
