Ur dark circles have nothing to do with tht. But treating dark circles is definitely a long work. There are many options for it starting from creams till PRP. But u definitely need to visit a dermatologist in person for a proper treatment. U shldnt opt for a blind treatment.

Dear Pt, hope you are well. you need to find out WHY having fatigue.... you need proper consult so can see holistically & guide wht needs to be done. just creams won't work and PRP has quite doubtful results even carboxy therapy. There are too many products are available claiming to treat under eye dark circles but unfortunately none of them are effective.

Dark circles are often due to stress, lack of sleep, unbalanced diet and iron and protein deficiency and lastly due to family reasons.

The only Treatment known to reduce the pigmentation is with Intra-dermal PRP injections + microneedling. This is the regimen that I follow on my patients with good acceptable results.
