You haven't posted any picture of the lesion so extremely difficult to say what you have.
The only option you have is the have that tumour removed surgically and send the specimen for histo-pathology.

please see an oncologist (cancer specialist) or a plastic surgeon at a government hospital in Multan or Lahore or Faisalabad or Pindi, whichever place suits you. Or go to Shaukat Khanum hospital
