Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Rashes

I got itchy rashes a few years ago on neck cz of chiffon scarf, I consulted dermatologist, it went away, but after that sweating ,or contact with any cloth even cotton, cause it appear again and again , it goes away on its own ,but it reappears, during hot weather,it has darken my neck , I'm worried ,is there any treatment for this ,or can I apply lamisil? , I take bath regularly, change bed sheets ,even then I'm getting this , I think heat of fabric or any specific material is the reason, can anyone suggests cream or treatment ?
