Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Rash Around Mouth Which Is Very Itchy At Times

Kindly post it fot some dermatologist. I had been on isotretinoin for 6 months stopped a month ago.. at that time i developed some sort on rash on some parts of back of my hand and the dr told me its because of sun exposure and i should use valisone cream on it.. The itching subsided but rash seems to appear again sometimes on the same parts.. 1 month back i was diagnosed as PCOs patient, n though being biochemically normal i was started on OCPs, aldactone and glucophage bcz i had hirsuitism.. meanwhile i also had a session of facial hair laser.. Now after 15 days i have developed some sort of rash around my mouth. Its mild red and severely itchy at times. I cant figure out if its the same as the one on my hand or some drug reaction. I have stopped all medications to see if it subsides, but it really worrying me what if it worsens on gets dark.. i havent applied anything yet. And travelling to my doctor is not possible due to some serios issues. Please guide
