I want to clear that this is dark circle due to thinning of skin at orbital area which cause hyperpigmentation, there are multiple causes lack of sleep or over sleep,extra usage of electronic devices, dehydration,skin allergies,sun exposure also aggravate,rubbing of eyes which damage underlying vessels ,iron deficiency or underlying issues as thyroid problem

These r lower boundaries of ur orbit...!becoming prominent because u r skinny n somewat disturbed sleep wake cycle n poor eating habits...sleep at proper time ( sleep early n get up early, eat healthy, avoid stress n pray 5 times a day; doing sujood relieves stress n anxiety n negatives vibes...there r cosmetic procedures like fillers available bt beetrr avoid them n try to develop the glow frm inside!
