This is eczema
Apply betagenic ointment subha sham over it
Apply Vaseline (petroleum jelly) 3 to 4 times a day
Tab kestine 10mg at night
Use lux or dove soap
Avoid using dettol and other irritants
Follow up at 2 weeks
