Peep Waly dany or kbhi kbhar prob itna brh jata h k pora hath sweal ho jata h ... Doc ko dikhaya unhny gloves phn k burton or kpry dhony ka kha.. Me ye SB kr rhi hun dawa se b wakti aram hota h allergy phir start ho jati h ... Doc ne btaya k ye sabun or surf se h but mjhy to ab pyaz tamatr aalo lehsn adrk SB se feel hoti h allergy ... Plz help me I wana get rid of this prob . as a house wife in SB chezu ko kesy avoid krun

its hand eczema . use mild moisturizing soap and frequent moisturize your hands.
Take antiallergic for itching and apply fusicort cream twice daily for 2 weeks .
try to use gloves while washing dishes and cutting vegetables. if not possible then immediately dry your hands and apply good moisturizer. in cuts apply polyfax ointment .
If condition still persists then please book an appointment for proper management.

Your complaints gives the impression that you have Irritant eczema. Which means it started because you have a sensitive skin and too much use of harsh chemicals in soaps and detergents have made it worse. Use of medicines is another thing but the most important aspect of the treatment and long time management is strictly avoidance of these chemicals for all times to come.
For that you have to apply besides medicines, Vaseline several times a day to keep you skin oily throughout the day. Keep wearing cotton gloves throughout the day. Whenever you want to do the dishes etc etc you will have to pull the Scotch Brite kitchen rubber gloves over the cotton gloves. Never directly.
