Asking For Self, Female, 22 Years old, Lahore
I have attached the photos of my skin. I have Comedonal Acne on my chin and nose and acne on my cheeks. Please prescribe medicine for this issue. Should I use Isotretnoin Gel for this? I am currently using Acne Aid bar and AHA BHA Toner. My skin stays dry for most of the time and when I put Moisturiser (Cetaphil) it results in bumps.
Pls Stop doing experiments and take an appointment for proper treatment
For your acne you need proper medical treatment suggested by a Dermatologist. Whereas the bumps on your computer area don't looks like to be comedones. Instead they look like milia. In any case they are not treatable by meds at all. I usually treat them either with 0.25mm or 0.5mm Liquid Nitrogen spray or with RF device.
Isotretinoin is used in parents with grade III acne or above to adult male patients or to female patients 'only' when they have completed their family or over the age of 45 because of very serious adverse effects. At least I do not recommend that medicine to my patient.

Dear Pt, I hope you are well. there simple FDA APPROVED medicines available that can cure this simple issue. Won't recommend you to keep trying stuff on ur skin. isotretinoin is used in Uk & Us and is FDA approved and you just meed tp follow ur dr and not self medicate. Just simply eradicate the issue as otherwise will lead to scarring and PIH. hope it helps, regards
From pics it seems that your skin has multiple issues. Your skin has white and black comedones, red papules , pustules, post acne Scars and spots. There are different factors that causes acne vulgaris. Moreover your skin is allergic to the moisturizer you using.
You can consult me for the treatment of acne vulgaris and Allergic Reaction.
