Suddenly there is a growth of pimples on left side of my husband’s face. Small painful sore pimples on lips and under eye. There is a rash type burning feeling on left cheek near nose area. All of this happens on 1 day and now it is increasing.

Looks like viral infection called Herpes Simplex. He needs proper treatment soon as it very frequently is recurring skin infection and easily transmitted to others.

Tab acylex 800 mg five times a day for 7 days
Apply polyfax ointment thrice daily.
You can add painkiller like nuberol forte twice daily.
