my face is too much white .i wanna little brown or black.i take sun light but it is not working on face .it just work on arms.help me marham.

Like sun rays , phototherapy also make the pt tan. However it is not recommended in this scenario. Better to get consultation from dermatologist for managment and or counselling.

natural skin color is best. Neither whitening nor darkening treatment should be recommended as both have considerable side effects in long term. Temporarily dark concealer or tanning sprays can be used.

thx but why sun rays not working on my face but it is working on my arms.i also like natural ways. but how it is possible?

extent of tanning depends on genetics. people with fair complexion sun burn rather than tan. however there isn't logical explanation for your arms getting tan but not the face.

There could be genetic cause. Fair skin gets sun burnt instead because of little melanin
