Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Bumps And Rash

I have attached the pic. Is this prickly heat rash? Its itchy sometimes. My hands get sweaty because of the hot weather. These bumps are spreading slow i think. If its prickly heat, any way i can treat it?

The rash may have started as prickly heat but due to scratching, they are now becone folliculitis ie infection of the hair roots
