Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy

I have had developed reaction to lipstick (any brand ) when ever i wear lipstick my lips get itchy and red next day and in extreme casses get cuts on side joints. I went to dr khilji he said its angular cheilitis. He gave me a cream to apply and to not moisten my lips using tounge. It was going fine. Now for past one week it has aggrivated. This time i didnt wear any lipstick. I m using vasaline regularly to avoid chapping. But its not getting better. Its little spread on skin also. Kindly suggest me any medicine. Thanks.
