Asking For Self, Male 25, islamabad

AoA, i am suffering from severe acne for past 7 8 years, it started on my chest area but then and now mostly on my shoulders and back, it increases if i use take fried or sweet stuff regularly. couple of years ago i visited a skin specialist, and she recommended me isotretinoin, which helped for few months but when i stoped taking it, acne came back ... my question is that is there any permanent solution of severe acne so i could also live a normal life and so i could eat whatever i want. just to inform you that i usually sleep 8 hours daily and i don't have any stress issues.

Ws. First of all there is no link of food to ur severe acne. Its just a myth. Which is passing through generations. Secondly if Isotretinion is used in proper dosage generally acne doesn't come back. Thirdly there are co factors for acne.... Which needs to be checked. U shld visit a dermatologist n after detailed history n examination in shaa Allah u will be treatable. Acne is very much treatable. And trust me if u r having 8 hrs sleep u r already living a normal life. Allhamduillah.
Regards

Asalamwalikum, kindly I want to clear that there are multiple factors which aggravate acne and you should aware of that don't use oily and fried foods, use plenty of water, fresh juices and fruit/vegetables.
Acne is at peak from age 16 to 25 years due to hormonal changes also
climate changes ,dirt pollution can also aggravate it but always remain in mind that acne can be recurrent at one time your skin will be totally clear and next time there may be acne but some protective measures are useful to avoid it and your treatment should be selected on the base of type of acne ,it's totally treatable ,stress also aggravate it so kindly book online appointment via marham thanks
