Asslam o alaikum meri puri family scabies issue face kr rhi hai bahut time se treatment ly rhy hain but koi farq nai parh rha inections bhi lgwaye lotion bhi use kiya but koi faida nai hua ab babies ko bhi ye issue ho rha hai 1 year age hai babies ki..kindly koi lotion ya medicine prescribe kr dain.

lotrix lotion. apply at night. wash in morning. please wash all the bed sheets, dry them in sun.
also wash the clothing inside out and dry in sun. add dettol in bathing water.

Scabies is an infection caused by a mite. It is successfully treated with application of cream/lotion applied just once only. If scabies is not going away it means either a wrong choice of medicines by the treating doctor or poor compliance on part of the patient or a completely wrong diagnosis. I understand you live very far away but if you manage to visit Karachi and let me have a look of your skin and at least one more member of your family, I may be able to treat whatever the disease you people might have.
