Talk to Dermatologist on Psoriasis, Scaling On Body & Head

Assalam o alikum, Mam i am well aware of the disease and my wife was having her treatment from a homeopathic clinic, she was fine 2 years back she just had some minor spot on knee and hand. we were married 2 years back. after an year we started to plan a baby, i took her to a gynecologist and she got her treatment from her for like 1 year, We still not have a child But in this past year the psoriasis has spread on her body like crazy. I want some suggestions and consultations, Please let me know when can i come for a visit or where should i go for consultation, As i have also heard that using allopathic medicine in this case can cause other problems too.
