v strict sun avoidance....use sunblock plus physical protectiin with veil, hat, cap or umbrella....even if you go outdoor for 1 minute....use sun protection....sunblock is a must on cloudy or foggy days toooo.....along with it you have to use skin lightening creams at night ....you may continue biofade at night....
use fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables......
